My skintone is light/medium, i have brown hairWhats the best way to match the best blush for your skintone?
You can pinch/smack your cheeks and your blush would be the color of your cheeks. OR you can match your blush to the color of your cheeks after you exercise.
I think the best way to find your perfect blush would a shade lighter than the color of your lips :)Whats the best way to match the best blush for your skintone?
Does your skin look more ivory or peach?
If its peach, try a pink color (red and white- no yellow added)
It should look really little girl pink on the palette.
If you have ivory tones, try an orangey pink. It will look good and not like you're trying too hard.
:) And worse comes to worse, you can go to a department store and ask one of the ladies to match you perfectly- and then go to a different place and buy the cheaper alternative.
peachy color would be best for you. but the best way for you to check is to pinch your cheeks, they should get red (or blush or whatever) and then test blush on your hand to see if it matches the color of your natural blush.
The lighter you are, the lighter the color of the blush. The darker you are, the brighter the blush. I personally don't believe in the pinch your cheeks trick. I'm African American (NW50) and I'd have to pinch my cheeks for at least five minutes to see some blush. Lol.
pinch the apples of your cheeks three times. whatever the color is should be the color of your blush.
Day wear: medium pink, similar to the color of your natural lips
Night wear: darker shade of day wear, or a warm brown/pink
Pinch your checks then that natural flush you get try to match that its supposed to be your most complimentary color :) !!
