Well, mascara should definitely get thrown out after about 2 months or so. You don't want an eye infection! Blush, eye shadow, and powders don't go bad very quickly. Just use them until you've finished them off or get sick of using them! Be careful of lip prodcuts-if they get a funky smell or color, toss them!

foundation should go ideally every 2months because of bacteria etcccc, thats the same for concealer as well
your alright with things like eyeshadow and blusher for a year or so but mascara should be thrown away every 2-3months (i dont know about you but mine never lasts that long anyway). lipsticks/glosses etc are kind of middle ground, they'll last you a good while but if you've had a cold sore or something they'll be full of germs so ideally, you'd want to throw them away after about 6months.
