I think the powder is best , because it doesn't rub off as easy as the cream.I prefer the powder and I use maybelline.Which is the best blush (powder/ cream/ tint) you've ever used ...?

Too Faced blush in 'Whos Your Daddy'. Ive used it for yeeears! Their blushes have two tones in the same package.
Bare Minerals in True , it has just the right amount of shimmer and is made to compliment a wide range of skin tones.
NARS in Orgasm works for almost everyone. I also like Tarte's Cheek Stain Gel sticks, Blushing Bride is a good neutral. Both are a little pricey but they last!
It depends on your skintone and skin type
powder- is for all skintypes, but perferred by oily skins
Cream is for normal to dry
Stains should only be used by people who are good exfoliators
As for color i love Clinique's Mocha Pink-it is a pretty natural pink
I have fair skin and I use CoverGirl Cheekers in Pure Plum.
